What We Hold Close is a group exhibition exploring the physical and symbolic spaces of domestic life. From textiles to tortillas, twenty artists explore the notion of home – being remembered, being celebrated, the act of leaving, and everything in-between.
The artists explore and question what they hold close; what comforts or confines them, and how their relationships to domestic space evolve across generations and geographies.
