Shipping

  • Products ship from Vancouver, Canada, via Canada Post or Chit Chats. Shipping times vary depending on location. 

  • Products are typically shipped within 3 days of ordering.

  • There is $13 flat rate shipping to Canada & US

  • $18 flat rate shipping to UK, Australia, New Zealand

  • Sticker only orders can be sent with a $2 flat rate shipping fee

  • All earrings, jewellery and small accessories are shipped in rigid protective boxes.

  • Clothing and larger soft items are shipped in padded envelopes or similar.

  • I often choose to recycle packaging items whenever possible and I take care to package items carefully so they are protected during shipping.

Local Pick-up

Local pick up is available from my East Van studio (close to Victoria dr and E Hastings). Enter your local address first before selecting local pick up as an option. I will email you to book a time.

Returns

  • Custom, limited, or one-of-a-kind pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • I generally do not offer refunds for ‘change of mind’ purposes. If there is something wrong with your item, please contact me directly and I will do my best to replace or refund the item as appropriate.

Handmade

Due to the handmade nature of my products, the item you receive may differ slightly from the photo displayed, this is because every item is unique and assembled individually by hand.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact me and I’ll do my best to help resolve the issue.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Maddles Made cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
