Processing Times

Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be shipped. During busy periods or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Shipping

I currently ship throughout Canada and the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 2–8 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact me and I’ll do my best to help resolve the issue.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Maddles Made cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Handmade Products

Because each item is handmade, I do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or colour selection

  • Custom or personalised orders

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

I’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
